Amazing isn't it that there can be a 2.1 million increase over one year in new customers to BC Hydro statistics from 2014 to 2015 and the 95% ! dot depicting a pac man pie remains the same ! ! ! !
It would be interesting to find the source of those 2.1 million new customers. Fort St. John? Kelowna? Metro Vancouver? Victoria?
